Step 1: Create a Blog Account with Blogger.com

Blogger is Google owned, but you can use your Google, Yahoo, or Twitter UserName and Password to sign-in. If you don’t have one of these accounts, create one. If you do, sign in.

Open a Blogger/Google Account:
Open your Browser and click the Address bar, and type www.blogger.com
Click Sign up (in the upper right corner)

Create an Account:
If you don’t have a Google Account create an account
Then Sign In

A Web Log is a single Web Page written in script that allows you to send and receive information from a Web Page. The author of a Web Log is called a Blogger. A Blogger types in comments, explanations, events, and can add images, graphics or video directly into the Web Log Web Page.

Go to www.Blogger.com or blogspot.com (same web site)
Sign in with your Google Email and Password or create an account
Name your blog and choose from predesigned templates or design your own
Once you have finished setting up your blog you need to promote it
If you already have a Web Page copy and paste the web site address of your Blog Page into a Link Tag on your Home Web Page.

When people visit your home page they can click the blog hyperlink.
They must have a Google Account or create a User Name and Password to use your Blog.
